All products are subject to availability and price may vary slightly from weight. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has left our premises or been shipped, execpt where required by law. We take great care to ensure proper packaging and frozen storage for online orders; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the package is in transit. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing, product availability, or policies at any time without prior notice. By using our site and services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy
At Alta Mae Foods, we take pride in providing high-quality frozen meat products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products and for the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped or picked up.
All Sales Are Final.
This policy ensures that all our products remain safe, fresh, and uncompromised. Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions, and therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
